Return Policy

STABBER will accept authorized return for unused/uninstalled products within 30 days of the purchase, providing the following:

a. Products are new, unused, uninstalled & in the original packaging and original resell-able condition

b. Products have not been used or fully/partially installed in any way

 

Non-returnable Items:

a. Products older than 30 days from the original purchase date

b. Any product showing signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, painted, or defaced.

c. Custom made or special items must be prepaid and no items can be returned.

The sales of special/ custom orders are final, and no items may be returned.

 

Shipping Costs:

STABBER will not cover return shipping fees for the return of non-defective products.

Any packages refused by the purchaser will be charged the shipping cost back to STABBER.

      

Fees:

STABBER will apply a 15% restocking fee regarding all approved returned items within the return period for processing, overhead and labor. This does not pertain to warranty claims.

 

Return Procedure

To make a return, the original purchaser or the dealer should request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on the STABBER website, call us at (1) 407-556-3744 or email to [email protected]. The RMA form will include detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please allow 24~72 hours for approval confirmation.

 

Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) will be issued. Returned items must be sent back to us within 10 calendar days from the time the RMA is issued.

 

the Purchaser must safely package the product in strong boxes and adequate packing material to hold the weight of the products, adhere the RMA number visibly on the outside of the box with a bold marker, and ship the package back to designated warehouse. It’s recommended to choose a professional shipping company with tracking and insured service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return shipment.

 

All returns must be accompanied by the following items in the shipping box:

(1) the Purchaser's name, address, phone, email, vehicle make / model year, vehicle mileage

(2) a purchase receipt/invoice verifying the purchase of the products, and Sales Order no#

(3) an RMA number,

(4) pictures or videos of the defect, along with a brief description of the claimed defect issue.

 

Refund&Credit

Please kindly allow 5 business days for us to inspect and process your return after we have received it. Once we approved and completed your RMA successfully, the refund will be processed to your original payment method in our order.

The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping  It may take around 5-7 business days for the funds/credits to be available in your account, depending to your banking situations.

 

Defective Items

if it has been less than 30 calendar days from the original purchase date upon discovery of the alleged product defect, you may may either choose return for replacement or refund.

After 30 days, if your item is defective and is covered under our warranty, we can arrange an exchange for a replacement. STABBER products comes with a warranty against manufacturing, design and workmanship defects.

 

Damaged Shipments

If the products arrived in damaged condition, before signing for your order, please keep in mind to inspect the order packaging for any signs of damage. If serious damage is found on the outside package box or affecting the inside components, please refuse the shipment and contact us so we can file a damage claim with the shipping company and process a replacement order.

 

Shortage or Discrepancy Shipments

Shortage or Discrepancy shipments must be reported within 10 days of receipt of products to the distributor from which the goods were purchased. The

STABBER distributor will assess and evaluate on how to address shortages or discrepancies.

 

Lost or Stolen Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In case the package is lost or stolen, either the purchaser or the distributor must contact STABBER immediately if the entire shipment was not received after 2 days of the estimated delivery date. All missing claims for possible investigation must be submitted within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will only be able to move forward upon the completion of the investigation results by the shipping company. 

 

Refused Shipments

Any packages refused by the purchaser will be charged the shipping cost back to STABBER.

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment without costing extra. It may take up to 72 hours for order cancellations, as this process may involve voiding orders in the system, warehouse personnel locating and removing ordered products at the warehouse.

 

Sometimes products may ship faster than expected, therefore we suggest that you don't re-order products upon receiving confirmation of your previous order cancellations.
