STABBER Warranty Policy

STABBER products have been manufactured and tested with the most rigorous standards of quality control.

 

STABBER warrants that products purchased directly from the STABBER website or from an authorized U.S. dealer will be free from defects in manufacturing, design, and workmanship for the following stated warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and is valid only for U.S. customers.

 

Strut Assembly - Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coilover - 1 Year Limited Warranty

Turbocharger - 1 Year Limited Warranty

Connecting Rods - 1 Year Limited Warranty

Air Suspension/Air Spring/Air Spring Kits/Air Controller Kit - 2 Years Limited Warranty

Control Arms, Sway Bar&Track Bars - 1 Year Limited Warranty

Lift&Lowering Kits - 1 Year Limited Warranty

 

If any defects in material, design and workmanship are found, STABBER shall be obligated to provide repair or replacement at its sole discretion. This does not apply if the STABBER product was used or installed improperly in a manner other than stated in the STABBER’s installation instructions.

 

Warranty Claim Procedure

STABBER warranties are handled at the distribution level. The Purchaser should contact the STABBER dealer from which the Products were originally purchased. Then, the dealer should submit warranty related inquiries by contacting STABBER either by phone, email or through the website, in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the Products.

 

Upon approval, a return authorization (RMA) number will be issued. the Purchaser must Safely package the product in strong boxes and adequate packing material to hold the weight of the products, clearly mark the RMA number visibly on the outside of the box with a bold marker, and ship the package back to designated warehouse .

 

All returns must be accompanied by:

(1) the Purchaser's name, address, phone, email, vehicle make / model year, vehicle mileage

(2) a purchase receipt/invoice verifying the purchase of the products, and Sales Order no#

(3) an RMA number (namely, RMA-order number)

(4) pictures or videos of the defect, along with a brief description of the claimed defect issue.

 

STABBER will not accept Product returns without mandatory information described above. C.O.D. or collect shipments will be refused. The Purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the Products to the STABBER.

 

Once the returns are received at STABBER, Our Technical team will conduct inspection and examination of the returned product. If we ultimately determine that this defect is covered under our warranty, STABBER will refund the cost of shipping/freight back to the original purchaser.

 

Limits of Liability

The Limited Warranty is the only warranty made by STABBER for any of its related parts and/or services, and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. STABBER hereby disclaims all other warranties not expressly set forth. Some jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you, however if implied warranties do apply they are limited to the original purchaser and for the above stated warranty period from the date of purchase.

 

STABBER shall not be held liable under any circumstances to customer or any other party for any damages that result from the use of this product, including any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Damages that are included, but are not limited to the following: removal and installation fees of the product on the vehicle, labor costs, damage to engine components, damage to personal or public property, personal injury, medical bills, and/or subsequent death. In no event will STABBER. be liable for more than the product purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges.
