Shipping Policy

We provide free free standard ground shipping to all 48 contiguous US states. Additional shipping costs will apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.

Once the payment is received, our warehouse need 1-3 business days to process your order. The tracking information will be available within 24 to 48 hours after your package has been shipped out. The delivery time-frame to the destination is depending on the distance and carrier's transit times

Shipping Cut-Off Times

• Orders must be placed by 10:00 PM EST for same-day shipping.

• We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or the following national holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day

• Please plan your orders accordingly for holidays and special events to ensure timely delivery.

Backordered Items

• In-Stock Items: Will be shipped immediately upon purchase.

• Backordered Items: Will be shipped once available. Payment is required at the time of purchase for both in-stock and backordered items.

Truck Freight Shipping

Used for extremely oversized, heavy or large items that exceed the capacity of parcel carrier, which may involve consolidating dozens of items onto one truck. Truck freight shipping rates vary based on size, weight, and destination. our customer service department will contact you with a shipping quote before we ship the order.
